Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping via a courier service to our provided address.
- Returns must be approved prior to sending. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products (including items with broken seals)
- Gift cards
- Electronic devices
- Health and personal care items
- Shipping charges, bank fees, and any third-party processing fees
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or promotional offers.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are received in defective or damaged condition. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@ceravepakistan.com.pk and return the item to us using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Returns
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the designated address provided upon approval.
